Two Conversation Clubs for the English staff ―one for Early Childhood and another one for Primary―  started this month. Both were an initiative born out of interaction between the teaching staff and teachers Gimena Alzugaray May and María del Carmen Nion Riveiro (English coordinators).

The aim is to practice English in a meaningful way and therefore improve communication skills through peer exchange. It will address personal experiences, reading books and articles (not just education!), movies, recipes and a long etcetera. 

Face-to-face and monthly meetings will be held in Crandon for the time being. The English coordinators, in charge of organizing these Conversation Clubs, hope to be able to move the meetings to parks, museums and other settings.
